Zando, what a waste of time

Utterly useless customer support to the extend I will never order from them again. Been a month since I returned an item wrongly marked in size - when they created a new delivery for the correct size replacement item the address was a redundant one so I informed them they had picked an old address. They confirmed they changed it. When they eventually sent a shipping advice it was again to the wrong address!! I informed them again and told them to delete that old address as I cant from my profile for some odd reason you cant yourself. Again they ignored it and a week later shipped the item to the old address. So pathetic I have no more desire to waste my breathe with them.
