Zando what a disappointment. Come get your return please

I have had the worst experience with zando over black friday. I waited 2 weeks for my parcel to arrive. Now i have to return some items back to them as they were too big . I logged a return last week they said they would come on friday the 07th December. Friday I called them in the morning to advice the parcel wasnt ready but they should come monday and the lady at call centre confirmed the new date was set. Monday came no one showed up to collect. Tuesday they arrived and refused the parcel stating it was not the correct one despite the box and the printed waybill on it that i received from zando. They left. I called the call centre to enquire and they confirmed the following day the courier would come to collect as i am writing this it is a week now friday 14th Dec and the parcel has not been collected. FYI in between all this I have placed 3 orders via superbalist and returned 1 item and all those were received within 3 to 4 days and that was also from black friday so I cannot understand what is the issue at zando????. I am so tired of following up and getting lies from the call centre. Can someone serious please contact me to collect the parcel. Hopefully within the 14 or 30 day grace period.
