Zando- What a disappointment

There is not even 1 star I would like to give Zando. I returned items on Jan 2020. Its June 2020 and I still haven't received my refund. After they changed their website at the end of 2019 it messed of everything, I couldn't even see the history of my orders or log the return, I had to call them. They collected like a month later and didn't give me my money back! Haven't bought again since and never will again.
