Zando- What a disappointment

Ordered items on the 9th of May, delivery was suppose to have been on 18th-20th May 2020. Today it's the 06th June and I have not received the items. All means of communication are being ignored. I no longer what to do. I was given a tracking number which does not exist. Contacted DSV and they cannot track the order. I am so disappointed and never will i again order from Zando or recommend anyone close to me to support such ****py service.
