Zando what a disappointment!!!

I am very disappointed with Zando, I ordered items on the 26/11/18 and still no delivery on the order. They don't even answer the phone. they don't want to bring my money back..******....they keep sending apologies and delivery dates but none of those have materialized.

I am never ordering from Zando again.
