Zando very poor service and do not respond at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Still no order was received it was paid and said it was shipped and will receive it by 31 May - 04 June 2018 - still nothing and they do not answer their phones or do not respond to my emails I want my money back or my order by today this is not acceptable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
