Zando unfair marketing rewards

<p>I received two vouchers from Zando as the friends I had refered purchased from Zando, When I received the vourchers they did not state an expiry date nor purchase by date. I tried to use the vouchers recently and they were deemed invalid , i contacted Zando and a very sarcastic Julia responded as thus (We are not able to reactivate the voucher as it has expiredThe voucher expired in September 2016 and we have no way of us reactivating it Kind Regards Julia) . This is unfair business practice as should i have known the vouchers had an expiry date that I would have utilised them earlier.</p> <p> <br /> </p> <p> </p>
