Zando - ********* and terrible service

I made an online purchase on 1 December. 10 days later they say it is out of stock. They gave me store credit but why should I still be forced to spend my money with them, I things I don't want? *********. I want my money back. I've tried calling nerous times, and sent an email.No response.
