Zando twice same mistake - call center Help line - cannot assist with anything - What is their purpose???

What happened to the service in SA? Everybody blames it on Covid? If COVID is cured what will be the next excuse. I have order two pair of shoes from Zando. I battled to remove my previous work address from Zando. Due COVID Zando does not have a telephone no that you can contact them on. The Help????? Line cannot do much. They cannot assist in update your info on the system - procurement need to do that. You cannot contact procurement. And they also do not update your info even though you go through the help line. The help line cannot contact the drive. PLEASE EXPLAIN TO ME WHAT THE HELP LINE REALLY IS THERE TO DO????

Seeing that you can no longer contact Zando due to COVID there is an email adress that you use to send any request query and so on. THIS DEFINATELY DOES NOT WORK EITHER!!!!!

I placed my order via Zando. Tried to fix my address. Try to contact Zando for assistance. I was kept on reverting back to the same email which is useless. I send and email stating that my address is no 18 13th Ave Northmead Benoni. My contact no is *** and an alternative no is ***.Guess what email was ignored. Items was delivered at 20 Woodlands Drive Sandton and my alternative no was used to contact me.

My first pair of shoes was delivered with a lot of drama. I contacted the help line spoke to 4 or 5 people to please please update my info. I was told I need to use the system. I explained I did and I could not remove the old address. I was told there is nothing they can do. They will forward my update to procurement. They can also not contact the driver. First shoes was received eventually. 5 Days later 2nd pair of shoes. YOU WOULD THINK ALL ISSUES IS NOW RESOLVED. GUESS AGAIN Shoes was delivered again at the wrong address and again the alternative no which is my husbands no was contacted. This is the last time I use ZANDO extremely bad service email adress : *** or phone no *** not even help line is usefull.
