ZANDO TRICK TO NOT GRANT R250 DISCOUNT ON FIRST PURCHASE

I am new to Zando and placed a order excitingly used my R250 off your first order. The shoes arrived and I did not like the fit, went through the return policy and chose a voucher as refund as this was the quikect and I wanted to order another shoe which I need for month end. The refund was credit with a voucher and to my suprise when checking out again I cant use the R250 and my refund voucher together.

I was then offered to change my voucher refund to a bank refund which takes 15 days and then only can I reorder. Surely there is a glitch in your system.

So now I have to decide between buying what I need somewhere else and waiting for the refund to go into my bank or to lose my R250 discount on my first order.

Why can your system not pick up the one is a refund and the other is is discount granted by you.

This is such an inconvience and truly does not make sense
