Zando treats clients as though they are doing THEM a favour!!!!~!

I ordered two pairs of jeans worth R3198, the amount went off my bank account and then the order was cancelled by them??? I sent two emails, no reply. I called the call centre to be told 7 working days for a refund when it is their fault?? I said by then those items are going to be sold out, to which the very abrupt call centre agent rep**** (who sounds half asleep, can hardly hear her)" i don't know i can't say!!" What on earth is the customer service industry coming to???
