Zando too slow to deliver

Zando allowed me to purchase something that's out of stock. They didn't even disclose that the product is not in stock. And wait 2 full weeks to tell me it's out of stock after telling me that there's a delay with delivery. The next thing they change their story to say that it's out of stock?!!!!

When we try to call them, they don't even pick the phone. They put us on hold for a ridiculously long time and then they hang up the call!
