In August I bought a dress but it was too big, requested a return and refund and to this very day, the dress hasn't been collected neither have I been refunded my money. They even stopped responding to my emails, which has forced me to take this up with Consumer Goods. I've heard all sorts of excuses and no action in the right direction.
