Zando the Zoo

If I could select a minus 1million Star I would select in for Zando. I'm waiting 3months for a watch I purchased on line to be returned,replaced or refunded. Yes 3 whole months. I have all communications save regarding this matter. Some of my emails contain French (as in vulgarity) due to absolutely losing my faeces with their absolutely pathetic service and hollow promises. Can someone please help me rectify my situation??
