ZANDO THE WORST SERVICE EVER

<p>Good day</p> <p>I have requested a return on the 14th of December and they said they would collect straight away.</p> <p>It is now 9 January and still no one has collected or even contacted me.</p> <p>I phone everyday and email everyday just to get empty promises from the Customer care agent that they will collect and refund the money.</p> <p>This is rediculous and unacceptable.</p> <p> </p>
