Zando the worst online service

I have ordered sneakers on Zando online, and paid next day delivery on the 2nd May 2019, and it was not delivered even though they sent me a delivery confirmation . then, On the 7th May I called to cancel my order as it was not met. The client agent told me that they will cancel and refund me in 3 days, today its the 20th May I still don’t have my money refunded. I always use Take A Lot and never experience such incompetency, I will not use Zando or refer anyone.
