Zando - Terrible Service

Ordered and paid my order. Got an email from them to say they will deliver Friday 18 October. On tuesday 22 October, still no delivery. Phoned them and apparantly they were at my house twice, which is nonsense because there was someone at home the whole time, and no one phoned me. The guy promised me delivery on 23 October. I again gave him my number, plus an additional number to phone if necessary. I just phoned again (24 October) and same story. Failed delivery. NO ONE phoned me and there were no one at my house. TERRIBLE service!!! I will NOT prefer anyone to make use of Zando online shopping!!! They are terrible.
