Zando - terrible service

<p>I have been shopping online for years, using the likes of Superbalist, Mr Price online, Spree and various other online stores but for some reason had never tried Zando - and in all honesty wish i kept it that way. Number one, their customer service is terrible - their stated dates of delivery/collection is WAY off and their personel at their call centre are uneducated and do not know how to deal with customers! Number two, their garments are of such a poor quality, and sometimes entirely different to how it is made to look online! And number three, the mission to return something that firstly came to you in an "unreturnable state" is something else! And the response given is simply, "we checked this item before it left the warehouse". Really? Try doing a better job of checking your items in the future. So disappointed.</p>
