Zando - Terrible customer service

My recent experience with Zando is extremely disappointing and I will not be ordering from this site again. Their customer service is pathetic, I have been emailing for 4 days with no responses. I have been calling and sitting on the phone for 30 minutes at a time waiting for someone to answer. I still haven't received my order I placed nor have I received any feedback regarding when my order will be delivered. This has been the most frustrating experience. #Zando #Terribleservice
