Zando (terrible app, terrible service, they don't answer calls nor reply to emails)

Zando is such a terrible online shop, terrible experience, I have placed an order for sneakers that my son was supposed to have received on the 16th (12/12/2018), paid on the same day via EFT, sent them proof of payment, and they did send back an email to acknowledge that theyve actually received payment, their tracking system is hardly updated, everytime I check it, it is still stuck on "awaiting payment", called them like gazillion times and my calls aren't answered, sent them emails still no reply. What a waste of time and money. Poor service, I wouldn't recommend using Zando to anyone.
