Zando taking 4 days to process a fully paid order

I am very frustrated. I bought a pair of Sneakers on Monday morning at Zando but today (Thursday) as I check the progress on my order the status is still sitting as "order being processed" since 11:43 am on Monday morning. I have sent 3 emails already with no response, trying calling 4 times , no answer. This is after staying on the line for over 20 min hoping to go through to someone.

All I am saying is that SUPERBALIST does a much much better job. I am sitting here with 3 different reference numbers from the emails I sent which no one has rep**** to.

Your service sucks.
