Zando takes your money and doesn't deliver all the products and then never refunds you. BE CAREFUL!

Do yourself a favour and avoid shopping from Zando. I ordered two products of which only one was delivered. It's been a month of trying to contact Zando by repeatedly attempting every contact option suggested on their website. Call centres aren't working due to Covid19 and nobody is answering emails or online queries. I've had one reply on more than a dozen emails just stating that their system shows delivery was made, but they do not provide a proof of delivery as requested and neither was the contact information used on delivery day. I lodged a return stating I never received the product and after repeatedly warning them not to schedule a collection the couriers attempted collection for a product never delivered in the first place. It's been a month and still no response from Zando. I'm still trying to at least get my money back for this product, but to no avail as of yet. Truly disappointed and will never use them again and actively encourage others not to.
