Most ridiculous online shopping ever! Take a over 20 minutes to have your call answered! Been waiting for over 7 days to have a parcel collected! After two phone calls to your customer care, after holding for over 20 min, I was assured the parcel was to be collected on 21 Dec by Jamie - a whole 7 days AFTER the scheduled date. And it's still NOT collected!!! You take forever to deliver parcels too now. Learn from your competitor Superbalist! They are top notch super efficient!
