Zando sucks big time

I ordered an item on Zando on the 25th November, to date the order still shows being processed.Delivery should have been 3-5 wrking days from the day I placed my order and we will be on 7 working days tomorrow and whats worse is nobody answers the phone on their customer care line, Calle thrice and waited almost 20mins each time to only be disconnected. Worst online shopping experience ever, this never happens with superbalist. I want my item tomorrow or my money back.
