Zando Sucks!

I ordered shoes from Zando thinking they were black, but when they arrived they were blue. I immediately logged a return but then lockdown happened. At level 3 I inquired about the return. After they failed to collect the shoes four times from the same address they delivered them, I finally contacted the couriers to fix the problem myself. It's been seven months since I logged the return and five weeks since they collected the shoes and I am still waiting for my money. I will never again order from Zando and feel like warning everyone to avoid shopping from them.
