ZANDO SUCKS

Honestly, that 1 Star is for the fact that business exist otherwise they deserve 0 stars for they're helpless for when you need Customer Service and their assistance. You know Zando went through some changes in December 2019 to become better, But I'm telling they came back WORSE than even when they started out. From ordering, delivering, collecting NOT to mention refunds. Even their drivers are NOT happy with thier NEW processes.

Anyway, I am not happy with ZANDO advertising on their website that refunds take 7 days because it certainly has not taken me 7 days at all. Until today I haven't been refunded my money to my account. They had refunded me using a voucher of-which they also de-activated, imagine, what is that? I'm no longer interested in purchasing from their website or even associating with them in any kind of way. I want my refund and my account closed. I don't even want them to include me when they brag on how many customers they have. because I'll just be a number. I don't want any association with them
