zando sucks

First time buying items from Zando online store and already I have a bad experience. I was expecting the items that I ordered last week in the 15th and now its the 23rd , still no clothing items. No explanation, or response to my emails and dnt get me started on their call centre no one picks up it just rings non stop and they never sent me a tracking number. I am never buying from them ever and I advise everyone not to as well. It's really frustrating.
