ZANDO still not delivered after 10 days

Ordered two dresses on 25/11/2018. Made credit card payment. Got the confirmation email that order and payment has been received on 25/11 . It is now 10 days later and no parcel yet. Order shows "busy processing" . Phoned last week and call center says there is delay in warehouse. Tried again yesterday-phone just rings. Tried again several times today-on hold with the most annoying tune . No responds to my emails to customer complaints. I think ZANDO bit off more than they can chew over BLACK FRIDAY. I ordered several clothing pieces from Superbalist on the same day and all has been delivered despite BLACK FRIDAY . Not impressed at all with ZANDO.
