Zando Still no feedback,money paid but no order

<p>My boyfried placed 2 orders at Zando on 3Dec after which he made the payment on Saturday and emaild the proof of payment . Monday 5Dec he recieved and email stating that they are awaiting payment.So we sent the proof af payment yet again. Meanwile trying to contact them via the contact centre to make sure if they got the proof of payment but the phone rings you hold on for ages and no one answers the phone. Weve also sent emails but still no reply This is reduculess this purchase is almost worth R2000 we get no feedback and the money has already been paid.</p>
