Zando 'SPAMDO' keeps sending spam

I have never subscribed to Zando yet I continue to get their SPAM. I completed the unsubscribe which just gets ignored. I have actually mailed their support desk and was \removed"and lo and behold I'm getting their spam once again. This is why people like myself avoid using online stores.
