Zando sorted out problem

After many emails soo many phone calls and explanations with regard to returning shoes sent to me damaged that I was forced to wear to a family wedding.... Zando refunded me, so I can once again continue to purchase items from them as I feel I got fair treatment from them, just took much longer than I thought it should have and much more time spent on the process.
