Zando simply ignore customers!

I bought expensive Rip Curl white linen pants from Zando. After wearing the pants once I decided to wash them. I placed them in a net and inside my washing machine on a COLD wash. After the wash, I could see immediately that the material looked shriveled and the pants had shrunk drastically. The pants had shrunk so much that they could only fit a small child.

I was so disappointed as the brand of the pants are considered to be from a quality brand. I immediately contacted Zando via email and they had the audacity to not only ignore me once but twice! No response. Not even one line. They do not want to deal with me and cannot be bothered to respond. I will never buy from them again. I understand that the product was created by Rip Curl, but when Zando source and sell these products, it becomes their responsibility.
