Zando should take some pointers from Superbalist. Delivery processing sucks!

I've never experience this type of poor service through Zando. I placed an order on the 24 November as well as on the 27th. The standard delivery stated 3 business days yet my order is still showing as processing. I contacted the call centre to enquire but held on too long. I subsequently sent an email to their customer service & it's been 24 hours since my request and still no feedback. What is happening can someone please advise when I'll receive my stuff????
