Zando should close down

Absolutely pathetic, Zando should close down as their delivery does not work. waiting a week plus for my order and the order is still sitting in being processed. SO YOU TAKE OUR PAYMENT LET IT SIT IN YOUR BANK ACCOUNT GETTING INTEREST while we wait infidelity nd look like fools waiting for delivery. my childs bday dress was ordered and till now nothing, which she needs for friday. I now look like the worst parent ever as she is so disappointed. Zando is utter *******, their staff is even worst, they update the system but no one ever follows up on it.
