Zando shockingly ********* advertising

This product is shown as available and in stock on Zando. I ordered and paid for it, and they responded 4 days later to tell me it's not in stock, even though they claim "fast" response all over the place. Now it will aparently take at least another week before I receive a refund, which will probably be some time next year if I'm lucky. I bought it as a gift on behalf of someone else and now I have some akward explaining to do. They still haven't responded to any of my emails.
