ZANDO SHOCKING RETURNS

I have tried to return an item for 2 weeks now. They have not contacted me to collect the item so I can refunded. I paid cash. I have tried to call Zando on various days over the past two weeks only to wait for over 5 minutes to get through. This is shocking service. i will NEVER recommend this company to anyone.
