ZANDO -**** SERVICE

The Service with Zando is appalling .Why are they still selling to the general Public. I waited two weeks to receive my parcel only to discover the size was small then two weeks back around the 14.01.2019 they were to collect the small size and replace with a bigger size for me. To date they have not collected. Everytime I call they escalator yet nothing is done to sort out the problem. I am NOW forced to sell the shoes.
