Zando Service Team

I had a bad experience last year with Zando, however this year when I brought two issues to their attention, they have done so far a great job of trying to assist me. The issues have as yet not been sorted out, but the constant feedback on the steps they have taken to assist is re-assuring, Thank you Service Team at Zando.
