Zando sell used and Cheap Junk !!!

I purchase a few items through out the year and my most recent item was a cotton top. When i opened the item , i saw the seems were all lose and cotton out of the stitching under the arm and at the end of the top. Also it was clear the current stitching was not straight . Also the end of the top had not be stitched properly and was off cut . I sent my item weeks ago to zando with NO feedback with follow up mails. I spent my hard worked money no junk because zando wants to make money and the top brass wants to get FAT . Sort my damn ****ed item out . Collection no :188681
