Zando Sale: A Disappointing Experience

I recently placed an order with Zando during their sale (Order #***). While the initial purchase was smooth, the subsequent experience has been extremely frustrating.

Late Delivery: My order was delivered on the 29th of October, the same day as the return cutoff. Poor Packaging and Damaged Items: The items were not packaged properly, resulting in damage to some of the products. Inferior Quality: The clothing items were of significantly lower quality than expected, feeling cheap and flimsy. The most disappointing aspect is Zando's strict return policy, which seems designed to avoid taking responsibility for customer satisfaction. They repeatedly reference their terms and conditions, making it nearly impossible to return items for any reason, even if they are damaged or of poor quality.

I strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution when purchasing from Zando, especially during their sales. Their misleading tactics and lack of customer support make it clear that they prioritize profits over customer satisfaction.
