Zando ****s people with their false adverti*****t on returns

I’ve always been a Zando customer since years ago but their service currently is pathetic, I always but more that 3 items from them however you would swear I get the stuff for free. Lodged a return since months ago 09.09.23 to be exact . I will make sure I tell all my Coll colleagues of this !!!!
