Zando Returns Takes Forever, Beware not to buy from them!!!
Returned faulty tekkies middle Nov and I am still waiting for my credit to be finalised???????? What about the quick turn around time on returns....???? Then I receive email responses to elaborate for the 100th time on why I returned the shoes but the consultant who assisted initially first had to get permission from the returns dept including pictures of the shoes...............so why the hell do I have to wait a month for my refund?????? Is it my fault that the shoes you advertise wears out????? After I wore it twice.......it’s absurd to say the ****** least....

19 Jan 2020, 19:41No response whatsoever from Zando regarding my takkies....I have made numerous calls to them and all they do is promise to provide feedback but nothing .......Zando it shows how unreliable you as a company operates with consumers. You collected my shoes I would have understood if you passed the credit but where ia the shoes that you would have courier to me???????????? For crying out loud do you think R700 is picked up and is small change....?????????? No freaking way you need to be exposed. I spoke to several of your consultants Tarryn Stellenboom but no reaponse?????????? My emails are now ignored....your company is a ****!!!
