Zando Returns system terrible service.

Zando states on their website that they have easy returns and collections. I logged a return on 17 April 2019. I am still waiting for the package to be collected. I have made numerous calls to the call center, sent emails to services as well as collections and spoken to the courier company and am still sitting with the package. I keep being told that the package will be collected the same day as my inquiry. I am not sure what else I can do to get this package collected.
