Zando Returns Policy - DISGUSTING

Hi I submitted returns as follows: - Return No.: *** on 15th May 2020 - Return No.: *** on 15th May 2020 I immediately got an e-mail confirming my returns request and that a courier will collect my items within 2 to 4 days. To date nothing has been collected :-(

Again I submitted returns as follows: - Return No.: *** on 20th May 2020 (2 items) I again immediately got an e-mail confirming my returns request and that a courier will collect my items within 2 to 4 days. To date nothing has been collected :-(

I mailed them on Monday, 25th May confirming that I got a message from the Courier Department on Thursday, 21st May however I haven't seen the driver to date (28th May)

I must say that I cannot even blame this on the Lockdown as I have placed an order previously with Zando and I had to wait almost 2 weeks for the item to be delivered where I had to call and get in contact in order to get any updates. Customer Service pathetic as I havent received a reply or a call from either of the above communication
