ZANDO RETURN REFUSED

i bought items on the Zando app# ***. Everything was okay. The order was delivered however 2 items 1 was a small cut the other was bad quality. I tried logging a return on October 27, but their system was down. Could not log my return now when i log it says my last day to return was 27. i sent emails to get assistance they all bounced back
