Zando Refund!!!!!!!!!!!

I am extremely disgusted with receiving a refund from Zando.

I requested for a refund mid December 2018. It is now the 31st December and no refund has been done. There is no response to my emails after I received a confirmation email confirming the that returned items were received and refund would have allocated within 3 to 7 days since the 18th December 2018.

I just want my refund!!!! and some acknowledgement.
