zando... radio silence

Placed an order on 3 December, used their FNB account details, paid the order amount & sent **** of purchase right away. on the 4th I still had no indication that the payment was successful, since then I've been trying to get hold of them on Facebook, twitter, instagram, their various emails, even calling their contact center & listening to the loop of distorted music for over 30 mins at a time.

I'm out of ideas now. I just want them to process the payment for order ********** 57, so I can get it before I go on leave next week. is that so difficult?
