Zando quick to take your money.

if i could give Zando 0 stars i would. I ordered a pair of knee high boots for my mother on the 28 January 2020. i received the boots on the 30 January 2020. The boots however could not even fit onto my mothers foot so i returned them on the same day (30 January 2020) and the collected the next day (31 January 2020). SO... tell me how it is possible that they are not accepting my return as they are dirty as if someone walked in them. Also who would be walking around in full blown summer with knee high boots. It is now the 12 March 2020 and i have still not received my money back. Very disappointed in this online store.
