Zando poor service delivery

The service I got from Zando is utterly disgusting. I've requested a return on an item on the 22nd of December. I'm still waiting for them to collect. Tried phoning as well as emailing them but that was another watse of time . Sad to say that this will be my first and last purchase from from Zando.
