Zando Poor service

I ordered clothes on black fri 29 Nov from Zando.I only received the wrong order on 29 dec after calling& sending emails without getting any assistance.I'm failing to do a return as the order is not appearing on their new website. I have sent numerous emails and called a million times but I'm not getting any assistance once again. I need my money back please. Zando service is unacceptable!! Please use takealot and superbalist as they have better customer service than this circus.
